The Marshfield Emergency Management Agency will develop and maintain the Community Emergency Response Plans. These plans will be used to assist the Town of Marshfield in times of overwhelming need, as defined in MGL. Ch. 639. The goal is to reduce the loss of lives and reduction of property damage associated with these emergencies.
